Wightlink cancels FastCat sailings — charter service in place
WIGHTLINK has cancelled a number of its FastCat sailings this afternoon (Friday).
The 4.40pm sailing from Portsmouth Harbour has been cancelled, while the 5.40pm and 6.40pm sailings will be a charter vessel.
The 5.10pm and 7.15pm sailings from Ryde Pier have been cancelled, while the 6.10pm will be a charter vessel.
The cancellations are a result of a mechanical issue.
Sorry, we have mechanical problems on the FastCat route. From the harbour: 16:40 is cancelled & 17:40 & 18:40 will be a charter vessel. From Ryde: 17:10 & 19:15 are cancelled and 18:10 will be a charter vessel.
