THESE shocking pictures show the state a car was left in after a crash last night.
The driver, who police said was "very intoxicated" only had a minor injury.
Traffic officer Andrew Ingram said it happened on the Skipton western bypass.
He said: "I feared the occupants were seriously injured and dare not look.
"To my amazement the driver had minor injury and no passengers but was very intoxicated."
The driver was arrested.
