THE MAIN road through Cross Hills was closed for an hour this morning after a crash involving two cars.
A BMW 3 Series was involved in a collision with another vehicle at around 8.45am on Station Road near the junction with Primrose Street.
A 21-year-old woman driving one of the cars was taken to hospital but her injuries were not believed to be serious.
Firefighters from Keighley and Skipton had to get her out of her car due to her injuries.
The other car was driven by a 40-year-old woman from Framlington in Northumberland.
The A6068 Main Street in Cross Hills was closed, with queues in both directions, following the accident.
The road reopened at 9.40am.
