The man was arrested on Canal Road
A PERSISTENT beggar who is not homeless has breached a Criminal Behaviour Order.
Officers from the Bradford East Neighbourhood Policing Team arrested the man yesterday afternoon on Canal Road.
The team said: "This male has been charged and is off to court.
"This male is a persistent person begging. He is not homeless."
