BRADFORD Central Lions Club kept their eye on the ball on Saturday when they took their new Slingshot fundraiser game to the Great Horton Community Festival in Bracken Hill Park.
The event marked the start of the club's fundraising programme to provide a number of open access Life Saving Defibrillators.
The day had an additional pleasure when the club met with the Lord Mayor of Bradford Doreen Lee.
She told the Lions Club that she was delighted to be there and that she knew all about the work that the Lions do as she was a past member of the neighbouring Keighley Lions Club.
The event took place between 12pm and 4pm and was attended by young and old in the Bradford District.
