A WILSDEN family are hosting a spooky Halloween masked ball in an effort to raise money for a charity that has been instrumental in supporting two siblings with a rare condition.

Dolly and Leighton Gorringe, who are three and seven respectively, suffer from Aicardi-Goutieres Syndrome, a genetic brain disease with no cure.

Auntie Michelle has organised the Halloween fundraiser for Martin House Hospice at the Mercure Bankfield Hotel in Bingley on October 25 through her company Fantazie Events.

On arrival, there will be drinks and canapes served by the hotel's zombies, a three course meal in the ballroom, a magician, a live auction and band, as well as Rocky Horror Show and Monster Mash music.
