THE National Firearms Surrender is taking place this summer and West Yorkshire Police is calling for residents in Bradford and beyond to hand in their weapons.
The surrender takes place between July 20 and August 4 and police want to collect as many guns as possible during the campaign.
You can hand in any unwanted or illegal firearms to your nearest designated police station or call 101 to arrange collection.
To receive advice on how best to transport a weapon responsibly from home to a police station, phone 101 before travelling.
You will not face prosecution at the point of surrendering a firearm and you can do this anonymously.
If you have information on gun crime, call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111
