BRADFORD housing association Accent is promising a new and improved service to its 5,000-plus residents who live in and around Bradford.
The association has launched ‘The Accent Partnership’ a new customer service guarantee. It has been put together by residents living in Accent’s homes and staff based at its Baildon head office. It will improve the services residents feel are most important.
Crucial to the success of the partnership are a number of new, specialised roles, particularly the customer partner which will form a single point of contact for residents in every aspect of their tenancy with Accent.
The partnership will deliver improved services and standards across Accent’s homes, repairs, contact systems and lettings. The association has also invested heavily in new technology for better services and mobile working.
The driving force behind the partnership is Accent’s executive director of customer experience Claire Stone (pictured).
Ms Stone said: “The new Accent Partnership is designed to not only improve our existing services, but to establish a better and longer term relationship with our current and future residents.”
“To make sure we deliver what we are promising, we will measure our performance against a set of higher service standards and tougher scrutiny.”
