A NUMBER of empty houses owned by Bradford Council will go under the hammer at a property auction next month.
At the next Pugh auction the authority will be listing four properties, with a combined guide price of £290,000.
One of the homes is listed for just £25,000, although it is fair to say it is a fixer upper.
66 Garden Field in Wyke, a two bedroom house, has a guide price of just £25,000, but images (pictured) show the house is packed with clutter.
274 Haworth Road, another two bedroom property, has a guide price of £100,000.
6 Lord Street in Haworth has a guide price of £55,000, and 7 Park Road in Shipley, a three bedroom terrace, has a £110,000 guide price. The auction takes place at Leeds United’s grounds on July 18.
Last month the Council made £200,000 from a similar auction.
