A FILM shot in Bradford, which has won awards around the world, is back on the big screen.

Polterheist (15) is about two hapless gangsters given 72 hours to find a stash of drug money stolen by their deceased boss. When the frantic pair kidnap a psychic medium and force her to contact the gang boss from beyond the grave, they soon discover they have bitten off more than they can chew.

The crime caper, filmed in Saltaire, Keighley, Idle and Thackley with local actors, had a red carpet premiere in Bradford last year. It has won film awards in America, Brazil, South Africa and Europe.

It returns to The Light Cinema, Bradford, on Wednesday, July 10 at 8.30pm. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with writer/director Dave Gilbank.
