A house fire believed to have started in the kitchen is under investigation after crews were called out to Burnett Avenue just before midnight.
The Odsal team and two trucks from Bradford arrived to find the residents taking refuge on the street.
A spokesperson from Odsal fire station said: "It's currently under investigation but it's looking like it was accidental.
"Everybody was out of the property when we arrived."
