A PLOT of land with planning permission for housing will be sold at auction next month.
Plans to build 10 homes on a plot of land off Leeds Road in Thackley were approved by Bradford Council in 2016.
The 0.96 acre site includes the former beer garden and car park area at the Shoulder of Mutton pub, which itself has recently been converted into housing.
Work on the homes is yet to start, and now the plot of land has been listed for auction.
On July 18 the land will go under the hammer at an auction by Pugh Property - and it will have a guide price of £350,000.
The listing says the land is located in the "sought after Village of Thackley."
It adds: "There are a number of amenities and facilities within the immediate vicinity including popular schools, whilst the nearby Cities of Bradford and Leeds are approximately 5 and 12 miles away respectively."
The auction takes place at Leeds United's grounds.
