FIREFIGHTERS have been tackling a blaze in Fairweather Green this evening.
West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said a portable cabin, measuring fifteen by four metres, was fully involved in the fire on Thornton Old Road.
Plumes of smoke could be seen in the sky in the area.
Three fire engines were in attendance at the height of the fire and two hose reels were used to bring the blaze under control.
As of 7.40pm, one fire engine remained at the scene damping down and a fire service spokesperson said it would not be at the scene for much longer.
