A Bradford couple are celebrating two life-changing milestones with a proposal outside their new home.
Nick Page arranged for their sales assistant to distract his fiancée-to-be Katie Tattum before getting down on one knee.
Katie, now settling into life at Woodlands View with her future husband, said: “We were so excited to collect our keys and start a new chapter in our lives that the last thing I was expecting was for Nick to ask me to marry him. I was so taken aback that I’m not sure I actually said the magical one syllable word but just hugged him."
Nick said: “I hadn’t given much thought to whether she’d say no or not and just hoped and assumed that as we were buying a house together she’d say yes.”
