A BIN blaze which spread to a Wrexham home is believed to have been started deliberately, fire chiefs have confirmed.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service received a call just before 10.30pm on Tuesday reporting an incident in Percy Road.
Two crews from Wrexham were sent to the scene, where the fire - which had started in a bin - had spread to the porch of a home.
Firefighters used a hose reel jet and a thermal imaging camera to bring the incident to a close.
A spokesman for the service told the Leader fire damage was caused to the porch and the cause is believed to have been deliberate ignition.
There were no casualties as a result of the blaze, the spokesman added.
