FUN, friendship, presentations and surprises were the order of the evening on Saturday at the Bradford Central Lions Club's sixth Annual Charter celebration.
Guest speaker was Dr Michael Nolan, who spoke of the work done by Lions UK for the Hearing Aid project and explained how Lions clubs could help with this valuable service.
The club's fundraising project for the year was Orphans of the World and during the evening, a cheque was presented for £5,000 to Save The Mothers Trust.
The outgoing president, Lion Amin Dada, thanked all the members for their hard work in raising this magnificent amount for the worthy cause.
He handed over the chain of office to Lion Clive Meggison, who took over as the president.
