IT was a double disaster for one road user in Bradford yesterday evening, as he was stopped by West Yorkshire police for using his mobile when driving, before admitting he had no insurance either.
Traffic cop Martin Willis posted about the incident, which resulted in the brand-new Volkswagen Tiguan being seized.
