A PLOT of land in Holme Wood with planning permission for housing has failed to sell at auction.
In late 2017 Bradford Council granted planning permission to Michael Knox to build eight townhouses on a vacant site at the junction of Fenby Avenue and Cutler Heights Lane.
The homes have not yet been built, and earlier this month the 0.33 acre plot of land was among the Bradford properties that went under the hammer at an auction of Pugh Property, held in Leeds.
Former Natwest bank in Cleckheaton sells at auction for £166,000 - over £90,000 above its guide priceHowever, the plot failed to sell, and is still available.
Other local properties that sold at the auction included 201-203 High Street, Wibsey, two vacant shop units with living space above.
The lot sold for £89,000.
