Children from the Bradford District will be hoping to impress the judges in the finals of a competition organised by the local cyber team from West Yorkshire Police.
Pupils from nine schools will be performing their internet safety-related songs, raps or poems at the finals, which will take place at Bradford Grammar School tomorrow afternoon.
Local businesses have donated prizes in support of the competition and the winning entry will be adopted by the Bradford District Cyber Team for use in their presentations at schools and other educational facilities.
In this academic year to date, the Bradford District Cyber Team have given more than 1,200 internet safety presentations to children and adults.
The finalists are: Bradford Grammar, Burley Oaks Primary, Clayton CofE Primary, Horton Park Primary, Low Moor Primary, St Anthony’s Catholic Primary (Clayton), St Mary’s (Riddlesden), Thackley Primary and Thornton Primary.
