THE PUBLIC are being asked to comment on plans for 55 homes at Pool-in-Wharfedale.
Taylor Wimpey was granted outline planning permission at appeal in 2018 to develop a plot of land south of the A659 Pool Road.
Now the developer has submitted a reserved matters planning application for the homes. The permission already granted relates to the creation of up to 55 homes along with linked work, including access from the A659.

Comments can be submitted to Planning Services, 9th Floor, Merrion House, 110 Merrion Centre, Leeds, LS2 8BB, planning@leeds.gov.uk, or via the planning services website at leeds.gov.uk/publicaccess. The closing date for comments is Tuesday, June 18.
