A GROUP of staff from Horton Housing Association are taking on the Three Peaks Challenge to raise funds for the young people in their Group Living Service (GLS).

GLS is for people aged 16 to 18 who have recently left local authority care or are homeless. The service has hostels in Bradford alongside support for the young people to help them develop their independent living skills and find move-on accommodation.

Horton Housing staff - Gina Ward, Lily Henry, Mick Dolecki and GLS Managers’ Paul Lang and Dave Redshaw, will be walking the 24-mile route across the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough on Sunday, June 30. The group is hoping to raise £1,500 towards funding days out and activities for the young people in GLS.
