A MAN in his 40s has been taken to Leeds General Infirmary after being found unconscious and covered in blood in a garden in Bradford.
The man was spotted by a resident who called the police at around 8.50am today in Laisteridge Lane to say there was someone 'unconscious and bloody' in their garden.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said they attended the scene and believe the man may have fallen and are treating the incident as a fall at this time.
Police remained at the scene which residents said was cordoned off.
The area he was found in has steep steps onto a flagged or concrete floor.
Inquiries are ongoing.
No details of the man's injuries or his present condition have been released.
