A MAKERS fair celebrating local creativity will be held in Saltaire on Bank Holiday Monday.
Mek Summat will feature work in a wide range of media from artists from Bradford and Yorkshire.
It will be held in Caroline Street Social Club, Caroline Street, from 11am to 4pm on Monday.
The event will feature live sign writing, portraits, printers, vegan food and other local makers.
There will be cakes by Otley based Sift.
One of the organisers, Jenna Greenwood, recently had an exhibition of Shipley and Bradford based artwork in Tambourine Coffee in Saltaire. It featured cushions inspired by the Saltaire lion sculptures, the Bradford Boar and Shipley’s iconic clock tower.
Saltaire will also be hosting Saltaire Arts Trail over all three days of the bank holiday weekend.
