LEADER of Bradford Council Susan Hinchcliffe has retained her position on the authority.
Councillors voted to keep the Labour Councillor as leader at the annual meeting of the Council yesterday.
Cllr Hinchcliffe retained her seat at the local elections earlier this month - winning 50 per cent of the votes in her Windhill and Wrose constituency.
Two other members of the Executive - Cllr Imran Khan and Cllr Sarah Ferriby, also retained their seats int he election.
At the meeting in City Hall no other candidates for leader were nominated, and all the Council apart from the Liberal Democrat councillors voted that Cllr Hinchcliffe retain her position as leader.
Cllr Hinchcliffe became leader in 2016 after being voted leader of the ruling Labour Party on the Council.
