A PLOT of land in Tong is among a number of Bradford Council owned properties that will go to auction next month.
The 0.1 acre site on Holme Lane in Tong will go under the hammer at an auction by Pugh Property at Leeds United’s grounds on June 6.
The land has a guide price of £15,000.
Council makes £22 million selling properties between 2014 and 2018
Other Council owned properties on offer at the auction include 651 Great Horton Road - a house that has a guide price of £33,000, 6 Carleton Street, a two bedroom house in Keighley which has a guide price of £45,000 and 58 Lapage Street, a two bedroom house off Leeds Road, Bradford, which has a guide price of £30,000.
A derelict Council owned shop unit with living quarters, 472 Thornton Road, has a guide price of £27,000.
