A NUMBER of changes to bus and train timetables in Bradford have come into effect today.
On the railways, most hourly trains which run from Leeds to Bradford to Manchester Victoria will be extended to Warrington and Chester from Mondays to Saturdays.
On the buses, the majority of changes are adjustments designed to improve punctuality and reliability, West Yorkshire Combined Authority has said.
One notable change comes on the 68 and 69 services between Bradford and Keighley via Denholme. From Sunday, this service will be withdrawn and replaced by a revised 67 service which will operate hourly with some additional journeys at peak times.
Full details of the service changes and links to updated timetables can be found by visiting the West Yorkshire Metro travel information website.
Another timetable that has recently started is the Summer Dales timetable, which provides details of the network of services across the Dales and links from West Yorkshire. These can also be found on the Metro website.
