For this week’s Remember When feature our focus turns to the Cock and Bottle pub, a perfect example of Victorian opulence, with a turbulent planning history.
Filled with Victorian charm and ancient tunnels the pub was the perfect choice in which to film parts of the 1983 ‘The Dresser’ starring Albert Finney and Tom Courtenay.
