A JURY has retired to consider verdicts in the case of a former Miss Hitler beauty pageant contestant and three other people accused of being neo-Nazi terrorists.
Alice Cutter, originally from Bradford, is accused of being a member of the far-right group National Action after it was banned at the end of 2016.
The 22-year-old has been standing trial at Birmingham Crown Court alongside fiance Mark Jones.
Jones told jurors he posed for a photograph while giving a Nazi-style salute at Buchenwald concentration camp in Germany, to make a "controversial statement".
Cutter and Jones, 22, both of Mulhalls Mill, Sowerby Bridge, near Halifax, deny being a part of National Action between December 2016 and September 2017.
Garry Jack, 23, from Heathland Avenue, Shard End, Birmingham, and 18-year-old Connor Scothern, of Bagnall Avenue, Nottingham, have also pleaded not guilty to the same charge.
Prosecutors alleged all were active members in the group, which was banned in part because of members voicing support for the murder of MP Jo Cox in June 2016.
The jury was later sent home and will continue deliberations on Wednesday.
