LIVE: Bradford district local council election results 2019

THE results of yesterday’s Local Elections will be revealed throughout the day today.

People across the Bradford District went to the polls yesterday to vote in an election where a third of the seats on Bradford Council were up for grabs - one seat in each of the 30 wards.

Polling stations based in schools, community halls, churches and mosques were open from 7am to 10pm, and the votes are being counted starting at 10am today.

Counts will take place at Richard Dunn Sports Centre in Bradford and Victoria Hall in Keighley.

The results of elections in each of the 30 wards will be announced as soon as the votes are counted.
