POLICE and emergency services were called to Forster Square on Monday morning after a two-vehicle collision resulted in a car being left on its roof.
The incident occurred at around 7.30am, in Hamm Strasse, near the junction with Valley Road, and police were called to control the traffic as the ambulance attended.
A land ambulance and rapid response vehicle were called to the scene and one person from the upturned car was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary.
A spokesman for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service said the patient was suffering from minor injuries.
Some delays were caused to road users while a recovery vehicle removed the upturned car.
The road was reopened shortly afterwards.
No details of the second vehicle involved have been given.
