CCTV images have been released after a boy's bike was stolen from outside a shop in Bournemouth.
The 12-year-old victim left his red Apollo racer bike unlocked outside the Co-op in Wimborne Road in Moordown at around 6pm on Tuesday, March 26.
However, when he returned his bike had been stolen.
Police Constable Guy House, of Bournemouth police, said: “The victim has been left very upset following this incident and I am keen to locate his bike and identify the suspect.
“As part of my enquiries I am issuing CCTV images of the suspect and I would urge anyone who recognises this man to please contact Dorset Police.
“I would also like to hear from anyone who may have seen a bike matching the description given being offered for sale locally.
“Finally, I would remind everyone to ensure their bikes are locked and secured before they leave them even if it is just for a moment.”
