AN empty building in Bradford City Centre could soon become an escape room facility.
An application to turn 1 Hustlergate - in a courtyard area linking Ivegate and Queensgate, into an escape room was submitted to Bradford Council last week.
The application, by Aamir Nasir, asks the Council if approval is required to convert the building.
It says the business would open from 10am to 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 8pm on Sundays.
The unit, which has been empty for a number of years, is next to another new business - the Drum Winder pub which opened in the old Poundworld unit on Ivegate last month.

Escape rooms have become increasingly popular in recent years, and businesses have opened in Piccadilly in the city centre and on Commercial Street in Shipley.
A decision is expected in June.
