FIRE crews from Cleckheaton and Odsal attended a house fire in Bradford last night, caused by some problem cigarettes in a cellar.

The fire occurred on Wilson Road in Wyke in the early hours of this morning, but fortunately nobody was hurt in the incident.

A spokesperson for Cleckheaton Fire Station said: "We were called out to the fire at 12:20am and were there until 2am.

"The cause of it was smoking materials (cigarettes) in the cellar and the family were all in the house, having been woken up by their smoke alarms going off.

"All four of them, and their pets, made it out safely."
