A WIBSEY resident has condemned the fly-tipping "epidemic" in Bradford, after sharing some depressing photos of rubbish that was discarded yesterday morning.
Paul Whitaker admitted that he cannot see the problem ending in the near future and he expressed his disbelief at how brazen fly-tippers have become.
The pictures he sent to the Telegraph & Argus today show a mound of rubbish opposite a main road (St Helena Road), in between Ormond House (sheltered housing for the elderly) and Wibsey Medical Centre.
He said this was "a first for Wibsey" and that "gone are the days of the usual rural grasslands and back alleyways" (where rubbish is normally dumped).
