THE Co-op Funeral Care in Five lane Ends has had another successful Easter egg appeal for one of the city's oldest children's charities, The Bradford Cinderella Club.

Last year around 400 Easter eggs were handed over to the Bradford Cinderella Club's Jim Saville, and it was a similar story on Thursday, with 408 eggs in total donated to the appeal .

The eggs were given to the charity at 11am on Thursday at the Co-op's funeral home on Norman Lane.

Jayne Slade, admin arranger at Co-op Funeralcare, said: "The Cinderella Club do a lot of good work and they've been around for a long time.

"The Co-op run a good causes campaign and we support those who do a lot to help out in the community, like The Cinderella Club.

"There will be some very happy children this Easter. Thanks to everyone that has contributed fantastic effort and achievement."
