GARY Bowyer might not be knocking at your door, but he's certainly ringing the bells today.
A number of Bradford City fans have been left bemused after receiving mysterious voicemails and phonecalls from an unknown number this afternoon.
The deadline is looming for Bantams fans to renew their season tickets and it seems those who have done so today have received a special thank you for their continued support.
This show of gratitude has come from none other than man in the hot-seat, Gary Bowyer, who recently signed a two year deal with the club.

It all came to light when one Twitter user bemusedly asked if anyone else had received a voicemail from Bowyer.
Anyone else just got a voicemail from Gary Bowyer? 😂 #bcafc

Another fan then replied to say they'd received a call too, thanking him for renewing his season ticket.
yes, it was him. Thanking me renewing.

Daz, and another fan, were gutted about not answering, all because it was an unknown number.
Was it actually him? I didn’t answer because I didn’t know the number.

What number? I rejected a call because I didn't recognise the number and now I might be kicking myself.

It seems it's not all just a fad either.
Actual call, spoke for about 3 minutes with him.

And overall it has brought plenty of joy for City fans, who've had to deal with a lot over the past year.
Just had a call from @gbowyer22 thanking me for renewing my ST. Absolutely outstanding PR from the club & Manager. Just what the club has been missing , a feeling of belonging again. Top stuff #bcafc @officialbantams

There was of course, still time for some humour though.
Did you ask him to sack all the players ?

A season ticket for an adult, senior or student currently costs £150, and it's £100 for under-16s.
