CHRISTCHURCH Church in Ilkley will be the venue for a fundraising event in aid of Guide Dogs on Saturday, April 27.
Guide Dogs merchandise will be on sale and there will be a tombola and bake stall.
Helping the Guide Dogs supporters and volunteers will be the 3rd Ilkley Brownies.
Fiona Kelleher (Brown Owl) said: “3rd Ilkley Brownies are looking forward to helping support the Guide dogs stall at Christchurch on The Grove.
“Just before Christmas, the Brownies raised £80 for Guide Dogs as part of their Disability Awareness badge module.
“They have enjoyed fundraising immensely and particularly getting to know guide dog owner Kevin from Yeadon and his dog Spencer.”
Kevin and Spencer will be at Christchurch on the day together with other guide dog puppies in training, and members of the Ilkley branch of Guide Dogs.
They will be giving out information on volunteering and answering questions about the charity.
The event is on Saturday, April 27 from 10am -4pm at Christchurch Church, The Grove, Ilkley, LS29 9LW.
