A TASTE of the seaside will be returning to Keighley this summer.
The town’s Airedale Shopping Centre will once again be transformed into a beach.
Keighley Business Improvement District (BID) has been awarded a £10,000 lottery grant to run the venture.
BID manager, Paul Howard, said: “The beach has been particularly successful in Keighley town centre since the first one in 2016, so we are delighted we can bring this back again for another year – with the help of the National Lottery Community Fund.
“This event brings families together in the shopping centre and gives an experience to those who might not otherwise be able to visit the seaside. It also helps to bring more shoppers into the town centre.”
