A DILAPIDATED Keighley house branded a danger to children and a blight on a nearby business could be demolished.
An application has been submitted to knock down Parkwood House, off Parkwood Street.
The proposals, sent to Bradford Council by Shillelagh Property Limited, describe the large, detached property as derelict and dangerous.

Parkwood House has been empty for many years. Parts of the building's roof have gone, doors and windows are missing and the interior has been gutted by vandals and trespassers.
As reported by the Telegraph & Argus last month, the owners of a kitchen company next door to the house – Pineoakio – have said the presence of the nearby disused property has been causing misery for their own business, by attracting yobs, fly-tippers and even arsonists.
The demolition application says the work to get rid of the house would be done by a specialist firm. It adds the house could be replaced with four industrial units, with further details of this to be confirmed at a later date.
