A woman has appeared before Bradford Crown Court charged with breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order by going to a house and asking to borrow money.
Jemma Dean, 32, was on a video link to Newhall Prison yesterday, where she is being held in custody.
Dean, of Oxley Gardens, Low Moor, Bradford, was sent to the crown court by Bradford and Keighley magistrates charged with attending a residential premises, between January 9 and 12 this year, and requesting to borrow “a donation of monies” which she was prohibited from doing by a Criminal Behaviour Order (CRIMBO).
She also faces allegations of entering as a trespasser a building in Earlswood Eden Close, Wyke, Bradford, on January 10 with intent to steal; stealing £20 from an address in Earlswood Eden Close on the same date; and stealing £20 from the address on January 11.
A two-day trial date was fixed for August 12.
The case was adjourned until April 12 to give the Crown time to prepare further possible charges.
Judge Jonathan Rose told Dean she would remain in custody until the next hearing.
