SIR - Why are our bus services so poor, including Yorkshire Tiger?
At a meeting last Summer for Coach Road, Baildon, residents a Tiger spokesman said they're not a service but a business. As if this were a justification to provide poor service.
This is in an area where there are many pensioners and of course, young people who need to get to work or college. There are also those with health conditions preventing them from going to other services.
The bus service on Coach Road, Baildon has declined drastically in the last ten years. Since Tiger took over in May 2018, there is sometimes two hours between scheduled bus times, and that's if they turn up. The drivers can also be very rude also.
For many reasons, a good public transport system is vital for every community.
