A MAN refusing to come down from the roof of a building is causing traffic delays on the outskirts of Bradford city centre this afternoon.
Officers were called to Express House in White Abbey Road to a concern for safety at 3.30pm, where a man is on the roof of a building and apparently refusing to come down.
Road closures are in place in White Abbey Road while officers deal with the incident.
One onlooker said the man on the roof has "committed a crime" and is refusing to come down from the roof.
He said the man has been on the roof of Express House for an hour, and police and the ambulance service have been at the scene for an hour.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson confirmed that the man eventually came down from the roof and was not arrested.
