HOMEOWNERS at Jowett Court in Bradford have gathered to celebrate McCarthy & Stone Resales’ first birthday.
Staff and visitors from nearby McCarthy & Stone developments attended the morning celebrations and enjoyed coffee and cake with the retirement housebuilders’ Resales team.
Bernard Taglioni and Margaret Taglioni, Jowett Court’s longest occupying homeowners, were given the honour of cutting the cake, which was enjoyed by all homeowners and staff at the development.
Regional Property Consultant, Brendan Mann said: “We are delighted to welcome homeowners, staff and guests to Jowett Court to mark this significant milestone in McCarthy & Stone Resales’ history.
"Throughout the last year, McCarthy & Stone Resales has gone from strength to strength thanks to the support of our homeowners and House Managers in the Northern region.”
The Resales team specialises in finding buyers for pre-owned properties built and managed by McCarthy & Stone. When instructed on a sale, the team will take care of everything, from the initial guide price valuation, through to marketing, finding a buyer and progressing the sale through to completion.
