Pictured in this week’s Throw Back Thursday is Bradford’s Lady Mayoress, Mrs Margaret Lee, chatting with models during a fashion show at Bradford’s Queen Hall on November 30 1967.
The event was organised by a new Bradford branch of Werff Fashions of London in aid of the Lord Mayor’s appeal.
Captioned in T&A at the time, the models were simply described as “mannequins”, left to right: Beverley, Alicia, Roberta, Christine, Carolyn and Viki. No surnames provided.
