PLANS have been lodged with Bradford Council for a new development of eight houses.
The application, for land north of the Titan Shopping Centre on Town Gate, Wyke, has been submitted by Richard Firth of Chichester-based Masham Developments.
According to the proposals, the land was last used a car park, but is currently vacant.
The three-bedroomed houses would be semi-detached and 18 car parking spaces would be provided. One objection has been left in response to the plans.
Sue Pollard, of nearby Oakenshaw Court, raised concerns that privacy would be hindered.
She added that the proposed development's design is "out of character" in relation to her property and others in the vicinity.
