PEOPLE have until Tuesday to have their say on plans to introduce 20mph zones across Bradford city centre.
Bradford Council plans to reduce the speed limits on most city centre roads, although not main roads like Manchester Road or Hall Ings.
The plans were approved by the authority’s Executive in January, and have been out to public consultation since last month. The consultation ends on Tuesday.
Councillor Alex Ross Shaw, Portfolio Holder for Regeneration and highways said: “With these changes it will be a much safer environment for people. It will help make the city centre a better place to visit, live and work.”
