One lane closed on M62 Chain Bar after van breaks down
TRAFFIC is moving slowly on the M62 this morning after a van broke down between Junction 25 and Junction 26.
Highways officers have closed one eastbound lane after the van stopped just after Hartshead Moor Services at 6.30am.
