A NEW cafe is to open its doors in the former Post Office premises in Queenbsury.
It marks an expansion for Karl Barraclough and his wife Lexie, who started with Tiny's Coffee & Sandwich Bar on Bradford Road in Bailiff Bridge.
Mr Barraclough, 38, said they hope to open Tiny's Coffee Shop Queensbury around the middle of April.
There'll be a focus on local produce and it's hoped the new cafe will provide a new spot for villagers - right in the heart of Queensbury.
Mr Barraclough said it is the "ideal location" and added: "I know Queensbury inside out, I've lived in Queensbury all my life and hopefully we are looking at trying to help the local community."
The unit was shut when the Post Office facility moved to Sandbeds as part of a major shake up in how Post Office services were provided.
The space has been stripped out and work is now underway to transform the building into the new cafe.
