POLICE are guarding the scene of a fire in Bradford.
Two officers can be seen outside the house on Haworth Road, Heaton, and a cordon also looks to be in place.
West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that firefighters from Fairweather Green, Shipley and Bingley, were called to the scene at 7pm last night, but could not release any further details.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “At shortly after 7pm yesterday (Sunday) police were called to a report of a fire at a house in Haworth Road, Bradford.
“Emergency services attended and found a woman inside the property.
“She was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The death is not being treated as suspicious and enquiries are continuing.”
