A CONCERT featuring home-grown talent will raise funds for an extended display of Christmas lights in Wibsey.
'An Evening with the (Wibsey) Stars' will feature singer Bradley Johnson, who appeared on TV’s Let it Shine and more recently on Emmerdale, and vintage vocalist Kitty La Mare.
The event has been organised by the Wibsey Events Group.
Group chair Edna Smith said: "We’re delighted that Bradley and Kitty are supporting our efforts to light up Wibsey again next Christmas – the lights and switch on event were a real success in December and we’d love to see more Christmas lights up in the village."
The event will take place on March 8, from 7.30pm, at St Winefride’s Church Hall, Wibsey, Tickets are available from Wibsey Library for £5.
